Like for like quotes must be submitted via e-mail in advance we cannot offer a discount once a booking has been confirmed.

Once a booking is confirmed by us a £50 non returnable booking/administration deposit will be required.

Dwarf-management and its performers reserve the right to change/alter costume style from those pictured without prior notice unless stipulated at time of booking

On arrival at the venue the performer will make him/herself known to the point of contact.

Point of contact details must be confirmed with us at least 24hrs prior to the event.

You must provides a safe working environment, for the performer and the venue must hold all relevant safety documents.

Termination of engagement by payment of full contractual fee, provided that you pay the performer his/her full contractual fee, subject to the performer duly rendering services or being ready, willing and able to do so, the point of contact may, without giving any reason, prohibit the whole or part of the performers engagement.

A cancellation fee of 25% shall be paid to dwarf-management by bank transfer if made less than 72hrs prior to the event, 100% if made less than 36hrs prior to event.

Threat of physical or mental abuse towards our staff/performers, by you or your group, members, staff, will not be tolerated and will result in the performer terminating his/her contractual obligation at any point without loss of earnings

It is a condition of this engagement that the you are not responsible for loss, or damage to, the performers property unless the loss or damage was caused by you or your group, members, staff and/or the property was in the possession or control of you or your group, members, staff at the time of loss or damage.

If children are present at the engagement it is a condition that there should be an appropriate adult present at all times whilst the performer works.

Force Majeure no fee shall be paid for days which the performer is unable to work for any reason beyond the your control such as War, National Mourning, Alien Invasion, Fire,

Strikes or lockouts directly affecting the venue,or the order of the licensing or any Public Authority having jurisdiction. In any such event notice must be given to the performer forthwith, failing which reasonable expenses shall be paid.
